How It Works

What on Earth is it?

Ok this is clearly a furby right? I mean that fur and the ridiculously fake spots, just screams annoying, yapping toy from hell. But then again… hmmmmm. If you think you know what it really is, or – even better – you have a hilariously silly concept of what it might be (but definitely isn’t), drop us a line and get your suggestion printed in the magazine next month.

Giving you all these clues gives me the blues, heck its bringing me out in spots. Oh well, here we go: Godzilla fought and lost in 1964.

    A Moth

With the bright colors and undulating fuzzy shape at first I thought it was a caterpillar but, the clue gave it away, and with a quick search for “blue spotted moth” it turns out it is a Giant Leopard Moth, though I have never seen a blue spotted leopard nor is this moth giant enough to take on Godzilla. This is almost the identical photo but of the entire moth
